Member Information

General Meeting/Birthday
Birthday celebrations are held several times throughout the year to celebrate the birthdays of our members. A king and queen are selected from the birthday participants, they recieve a coupon from a local vendor and are served cake. A drawing is also conducted for prizes that are given to the members. A short business meeting is held in March and October as the general membership meeting. The annual membership meeting is held in June.

Dues Structure
The Board sets the annual dues and activity fees. The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31. Renewal fees are not prorated. Dues reminders are mailed no later than February 28th and if membership renewals are not received by March 31 each year, the member is placed in the inactive file. Prompt payment of dues saves the Center time and money.
